I am new, wanted to create an apple app for my business. What is the best easy website to make a free apple app and what other steps/cost to get it into the apple market?

Hey durableoilcom
If you want to make a mobile app, whichever platform you use i is not going to be easy, you have to do some homework. Wapple, onbile, howto go mo, mobify and wirenode are few nice platforms you can try on.

I am Daniel Jones, working in a Mobile Application Development Company as a Mobile App Developer. I enjoys exploring apps on iOS, blackberry, android and other mobile platforms.

Hey DURABLEOILCOM
No Apple applications and mobile websites are not the same thing. Apps are software for your smart phones while mobile sites are websites designed specially for smart phone devices platforms compatibility.

Hi,

You're looking at around $200 to get it in the app store. While, there are free creators around the web, most of them simply do basic text conversion and they also add adverts to your app.

The better way around this is to spend another $200 and use a site like elance, to get a small custom app built. It looks a lot more professional.

Caleb, where does the other $101 come from? To get a developer account from Apple is only $99.

If you know HTML5 and JavaScript (jQuery), you could use PhoneGap. Are you ENTIRELY new?

I believe that if you search properly on Google, you are sure to come across many tools, with which you can develop apps for Apple products. Before you choose one of those tools, make sure that you do some research about it. How easy it is to use it, whether it is well known or not and whether other app developers have used the tool or not.

It is mandatory for you to know of two prime factors:

1) You will have to invest on an Intel based Mac system with all the necessary tools to create as well as test the app.

2) You will also have to give quite some time in the process of making the app. Most of the popular developers have said that even the simplest app for an Apple product takes time to be created.

Hope you will find my reply to your liking.
