It is my understanding that for PRINT advertising of a SMS opt-in campaign, disclosure of the Terms and Conditions and Privacy links is not a requirement for compliance. However, if a client wanted to reference those items, this is simple if I do it online via a Hyperlink. However on a Newspaper Ad or Flyer, putting "For Terms and Conditions go to http://mywebsite.com/Privacy" is really ugly. Any thoughts on how to disclose the Terms and Conditions and Privacy on PRINT ads more effectively ? |

Have you thought of making a sub-domain, tc.mysite.com, terms.mysite.com... etc. Just my 2 cents worth, Good luck. |
