I remember a WSO on a WP Plugin that detects visitors arriving from a android phone then does as pop-up ... can't find it now ....?

I believe it was for Apple devices and there was talk about them updating it to include Androids. Not sure if they ever did though.

Not quite, if I remember correctly it was actually a bonus for their main mobile product ... there's just so many WSO's can't keep up and buy all of them :-) (seems the seller on the link you sent has abandoned his WSO customers)
