Need Mobile Rewards Theme

Hello,
I am looking for a mobile rewards theme that will allow users to sign up and fill out offers for rewards. I need it to be a mobile website based that will allow me to track users sign-up and give out points. Any thoughts on how this can be done?

Can't think of anything out of the box, your best be may to outsource the work and get a custom site built for your idea.

You will probably need custom work developed as recommended by Kevin Z above.
Another idea would be to run a loyalty program through SMS?
