What services to offer after selling mobile websites

What kind of services do you think that can be included to sell mobile websites? Customers might be interested in a growing trend in mobile websites but they want to know how it can help them. I have looked into after sale services like submitting sites to directories, 2 free updates per month and email support.

I believe that customers want to know that you are there to support them and not just take the cash and leave.

Do you have any ideas that you can share to offer more services.

Do a complete mobile & online marketing package. We offer SMS TXT, App development, Print Creation & Distribution, Mobile Directory submission, G+ optimization, Social media creation, management and optimization.... Everything works well with mobile if you can think of how it all links back. All the IM stuff you know can work in conjunction with a mobile website, but you cannot offer all of this to the customer at once because it will confuse them. I start with mobile site and SMS that is the most simple and potent to begin with. GEt it?

Get good rapport with them and ask what else you can do for them. Get the budget.

Aside from a very approachable support team, there are other services that you can offer your customers for free. You can maybe send them monthly newsletters or regularly update them through text message that you have a new update on your website.

It should work as long as you have interesting facts on your website.

You can regularly offer them free eBooks (if you have any), sales and marketing materials would be very nice, free sales techniques or even webinars to improve their mobile marketing strategy. Don't forget a good customer support and if you can, make them live 24/7.

Go to vista print and put a QR code for their new mobile website on some business cards and provide the QR code for the client to use in other marketing, as most people with have their mobile/cell phone and will scan the code and use their mobile website.

On the back of the business cards, advertise your business...

I deal mainly with small, independent businesses (1-3 locations). Most of them have a website and they just need it optimized for smartphones (mobilized not responsive).

Where I live, supporting local businesses actually is something that is highly valued (us backwards mid-western folks, right?). I find that due to the rapidly increasing number of mobile internet searches and the way Google pulls 3rd party business profiles from local listing websites (Yelp, Yahoo Local, Google Places, Urbanspoon etc.), offering a Local Listing Service is a no-brainer. Also, review tracking is a good one.

We typically offer SMS, QR Code Tracking, along with print ie Table Tents, Brochures, Business Cards, Posters, Flyers, and Banners - I don't personally like Vistaprint and would highly recommend 4Over instead for any one based in the US or Canada.

Because of 4Overs consistent high standards and reliability and low cost pricing you can make substantial markups and make print and extremely profitable supplement monthly revenue.
