Ad network for promoting web app

What ad network would you prefer if you want to promote a web game app (not a native app).?

Tried adwords (only crap traffic with 95 % bounce) and facebook (good, but a little bit expensive).

Hi,

There are several ad networks which are facilitating ad devs with right platform. One of my friend is using AdIquity.com and he is happy with their customer support and timely payouts.
You can try them.
