I use ezmobilesitegenerator on a few a quite like it. I've seen it for sale still on the forum here. But sunnygal has had health issues and apparently support is poor.

But I've never had a need for support so that is just hear say.

I'm also real curious about jumpmobi.

Currently using a white label version of Seattle clouds for apps on all platforms plus html5 css3 for mobile web apps.

Ibuildapp is good because it has a a lot of templates with ratings. The problem is a template cannot be changed without data loss.
I have also used ezmobilesitegenerator with no problems.

I would like to recommend you that do not go for a mobile website, the responsive web design and development is better than the only mobile site.

I only use mobile CSS in specific circumstances, usually ecommerce. On a normal information site, I feel that if you need to install a mobile css, then your site is so far out of date you should be redesigning it and doing it with responsive design.

My worry also, if your mobile sites are not set up properly, you can get smacked by the big G. Some mobile CMS's, they don't take you to the specific page but back to the home page of the mobile site which G does not like.

Websites with faulty mobile redirects to be called out by Google Search | Android Authority
