inmobi mobile ad network did not refund my money

hello

inmobi.com did not refund my advertising remaining balance.
i mail inmobi care more than 20 times but still i did not get even any satisfactory answer.

is inmobi scam me ? can anyone tell me what i do now ?

They should refund if you received traffic that you didn't pay for. But most networks don't give refunds if there was nothing wrong and you just want to use that money somewhere else because of nothing.

Exactly!

I've tried both inmobi and buzzcity. At one point I did not like the results so I requested a refund... Unfortunately, it is in the TOA. So I have to use it all up, that's a handsome $500 I invested.
