Buzz City is a source, I just don't know of the quality of their traffic.

For getting traffic for any business there no issue that you will get good traffic source within few times in short budget. The improvement of business depends on time, investment, advertising and important fact is client’s reviews. As the asker needs a cheap source I think sms marketing will be better place for that providing by sms marketing Company as Experttexting.com

Some years ago I bought traffic from a scammer and I got nothing but robots visiting my site.

Zeropark is great traffic source. Never tested the other 2.

I have had many profitable campaigns on zeropark.

I know your looking for cheap mobile traffic, the thing is where? what country you want to target? If its in the USA buzzcity is the way to go, but as of other country such as India I have experienced great results with Airpush click are as low as 0.005

it depends actually, if you don't mind if it's pop traffic or incentive traffic (which might not be quality traffic), it might be lower than that, also it depends on geos though. =)
