And why do you think that works? It's done by the same few people who have done it for years so must work for them....

It works because there ARE people who believe somewhere "out there" are half a million people anxious to receive and open an email and click a "buy me" button. They don't KNOW anyone like that - and they'll agree with you that it makes no logical sense....but they jump on the wagon "just in case it's true".

On the plus side - most people only fall for it once or twice before they wise up and use common sense. But there are always a few who never "get it".

He worked hard for that ban, though - and finally got his reward....

The link in Z's sig is a childish (sorry, but it is) response to being told he was violating sig rules with his previous signature.

Doesn't seem like a bad guy - but I can't take anyone seriously who reacts that way. Maybe that's just me, though.

Well, it takes time, money, or useful service or information with a worthwhile USP.

It IS funny though. SOME pay as much as over $1 a click for systems that are PROVEN to be nearly worthless! They work mostly on a peer to peer reciprocation method. To ADD to the obvious proof that they are nearly worthless, you can pay some amount to automate your reciprocation. If only members did that, and all paid that amount, the value of the clicks would be ZERO!

GOOGLES method of ads can backfire WILDLY! In some cases, I get 6-8 ads ON THE SAME PAGE FOR THE SAME PRODUCT, that I HAVE ALREADY BOUGHT! I SHOULD be the last person they would target, but they don't consider that. So even MONEY is bad.

Then again, there was a small company paying on a CPA type deal, so ALL payments got them profit, and people used them because they were like the only game in town for such high fees. Their name? AMAZON! That was BEFORE google, radio, and TV ads, and the stock.
