2 IM Businesses That Wont Honor Guarantees

I would like to name names here of the fraudsters in our field that are presently ignoring my emails and phone calls. I am asking them to honor their 100% satisfaction guarantees. I would like to expose these two disreputable companies and maybe somebody here can exert more pressure than I'm able to. I'm forced to work go through the Visa process to get my payments denied to these fraudsters. I now know why our field has a less than favorable image. I for one, want to bring honesty and dignity to my profession. I want to pass this same ethic along to my future business relationships. I'm new here and this is my first post. J.Kris Helf

    Suggest you espouse elsewhere - you can't post names of people/companies you have a personal problem with as it is against forum rules.

    Pursue a chargeback through your credit card company. It was your purchase and no one else can get a refund for you.

    Make sure you read the refund guarantees properly and have requested refunds within the guidelines given. A problem with two refund requests makes me wonder how many refunds you pursue overall.
