        The reason I was attracted to this video when I saw it was due to living on a boat in a major harbor for almost a decade. Those big ships dominated the environment.

        One time the whole marina was woken up to the sound of a ships' horn blasting over and over again to warn the occupants who were in the marina of impending doom.

        I looked out of my cabin and saw this huge freighter bearing down on one of the dock areas and it couldn't stop.

        It even dropped both of it's anchors in an attempt to stall the forward motion before it crashed. That and the combination of the water depth changing from around 50+ feet to around 15 feet kept it from wiping out a significant portion of the marina.

        Luckily no damage to any of the smaller boats occurred, but it was a REALLY close call.
