Hello,
I was wondering if anyone else has had a problem with installing ThemeMX?
I've installed the Zip file but when I click activate, all I get is a totally blank screen.
On the ThemeMX website; regarding support; it says:
Epic Customer Support - Got a problem or a question? Our customer service is the best in the industry. If we can't fix your problem, we'll hire someone who can.
I have sent several emails to "customer support" and they haven't bothered to answer. Call me old fashioned but I don't think that not bothering to answer a paying customer's email support questions is epic.
It's more pathetic.
But, ironically, given all the rave reviews for this product - I want it to work!
I'd be really grateful if anyone on this forum has experienced a similar problem and could point the way to resolving the issue. Failing that I'm going to have to ask for a refund via Clickbank.
