December 1st 2011 - I just turned 45 just over an hour ago.

You know what would be really cool and would make my day?

It matters not whether you donate just $1 in total or like many others you sponsor me per mile rowed - ALL donations are more than welcome and will be very highly appreciated!

Please do make me a very happy man today! I don't want anything for myself personally, I'm doing this purely to help out a fellow Warrior, namely Ken Strong.
