Which country has the world's most skilled pickpockets? Which ones most left you wondering, how did they do that? I was most impressed (and inconvenienced) by pickpockets in Peru.

    According to Bob Arno (Bob Arno - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia), the world's best pickpockets are from Naples, Italy.

    I watched a documentary he made about the Naples pickpockets and it was fascinating.
    I'm not sure which one it was, but it had to be one of these:
    Beware: Pickpockets (June 2000), and Beware: Street Thieves (July 2001)

      Not sure about pockets - but those Italians can strip a car in less than a minute. It's absolutely shocking.

      I saw that show...He was trying to find a legendary Italian pick pocket. I can't remember...Did he ever find the guy?

        Yes, he found the guy. They met, had a big party, and the guy stole Arno's wallet, if I recall correctly.

    I have no more information about pickpockets, but I think India has the world's most skilled pickpockets. I have also being pick pocketed here. So it is necessary to take precautions for your belongings while walking on the road.

    I was only referring to the guy stealing Arno's wallet part. If it did happen then I would guess it was probably staged,but I didn't see it and you guys did,so all I say is just conjecture.
