There was a city wide blackout with major looting, a serial killer on the loose, and the Bronx was burning.     It's funny how drastically times have changed. Son of Sam killed 6 people over a year long spree and terrorized the entire city. Here in Chicago now we'll have over twice that many people killed in a weekend, and no one seems to take note.
