The hair for men seems longer now, then in the 90s.

I don't know about that but I see more clean cuts these days. Maybe I'm more of that kind of guy. I don't my hair to take more maintenance than just a simple wash and dry. Typical guy, I don't like doing my hair too much.

Nowadays, I think it's a mix between clean cuts and 70s retro cuts. But back in the late 80s and 90s, long hair was totally out of style, unless it was extremely long (even with hairspray), and you were a musician.

I think it's debatable whether hair in the 80's was long or just simply 'big'.

Agreed, although in general I think men suit shorter hair, some men can really rock their long hair.

Um, Lynn, how exactly do you think I found the picture I posted above!

You're quite right though, long and very big. I was around then myself and my older sister looked bloody awful. Hair dryer sales must have been going through the roof back then.

I don't see a picture And yeah, I was one of those people, circa 1980, with big (permed) hair too!

Oh sorry. I can see it in Chrome but I just looked on FF and there's nothing there.

Here is what it should look like.

Yes I do see more clean cuts, too. Unlike several years ago when emo hair was popular.

Nope. My 4-year-old son likes his hair cut short.

To me it's never been "out". I love long hair on men.

      You people with hair
What little hair I have is still long. People say it makes me look like either Riff Raff from Rocky horror picture show or Otis from House of 1,000 Horrors.

Wouldn't longer hair from the seventies get brittle over time? Much of it would be very gray now too. I'm not a big follower of fashion, but I don't see too many youths walking around with long gray hair from the 70s. I'm sure many ageing folks would be happy to make some money selling their salt 'n pepper locks to today's fashionable new generation.

I like it short and clean.

I wonder how people in the 90s lived with long hair, it's so boring, bulk and offers no room for ventilation.
