Anyone Else Affected With Hostgator?

Hi all,

As the above state anyone else having this problem? I unable to access my website.

Support is so long wait 30min. Man

But when I use my blackberry to email it can

I paid the monthly bill but when access it said server not found.

    Goodness everything is where it should be, my heart nearly stop for awhile.

    What happen on that day was it start from my outlook, notice all email unable to be process. When check my domain name from both godaddy and namecheap both are good. Then check my paypal account notice the bill have been paid some days ago.

    Still unsure what happen at the time but what make me think now is hostgator customer service. After 30 minute wait nobody respond to me. So what the point having live chat in first place? This make me think it time to move to other web host.

      • Always use the Live Chat on Hostgator. The response time has always been very fast for me. I've been using HG for years.
      • Don't use the Ticket or Email support.

      I'm not one to brag about a business but HG has always been very helpful with support. Once I screwed up a database (Doh!) & asked them for ideas on how to fix the problem, they manually fixed the problem for me in less than 5 min. The reason I stay with HG is because of the positive support they provide for such a low hosting cost.

    Hi, I had the same problem on the 22nd September 2014, I was told they are upgrading & revamping the system. that was 24hours ago. It's all up & running as per norm now
