Some crazy new video of a ghost walking through a chain link fence in a Police Station.
Figured i would share it with you all... kinda creepy

        Ok, went through the lot, and basically the video quality is so crappy and low, (God knows where the HD comes from) that l couldn't find anything apart from a blur?

        My fluffy bunny is hiding under the chair, in anticipation of Claude walking through the front door, with his, l told you so speech.

          The TV was in HD, the video footage taken of the TV (probably through a phone) wasn't.

          No "I told you so" speech. In fact, that would give me no pleasure at all.

          Is it possible that the blurry image is an after image from something recorded before?

          That question may sound idiotic. I don't know how these things work. But another guess is that it's a reflection on the screen from something happening in front of the screen, maybe hundreds of feet away.

          The fact that you said it was blurry, and didn't declare definitively that it was something specific....makes me happy though.

            Ok, it might be a nonsensical blurr, or a focused, non-terminal, repeating phantasm, or a Class Five full roaming vapor. Real nasty one, too!

                    The arresting policeman told me it was the first time they ever suggested make-up for an arrest photo.

                    I spent over an hour, posing for the photo. I kept taking off my shirt. They kept insisting I put it back on. I asked how long I could stay.....they looked at each other, and let me go. They even paid my cab fare. I got to keep the handcuffs.

    I don't know how this stuff works, either. I know about anything on a video or pic can be photoshopped, though. Some that are I still have no clue why anyone would bother.

    It looks like a person in this film but I don't know how they would get them to look transparent. You can tell there's a cut or stop in the tape when the person is at the fence, so it shows that it's edited.
