I am Looking for a Catchy Title for my Summer Weight Loss Challenge

As the title states. I have a Weight Loss challenge that I am starting on May 18th, but I don't have a catchy title..

Spring into Summer.. Start the Summer right by Springing.. I am stumped..

Any help?

    You could include some cardio boxing and running and call it "Hit and Run", another allusion to the way so many people come here, drop questions, get people all involved wanting to help, and never come back to answer questions or join the discussion that they started. Or you could just use it because it's a catchy name and build the course around the name instead of developing some course of which we have zero details and trying to define it with a name.

    You could always provide some information about how they will go about losing the weight for better suggestions. Something about the makeup of the group. Pretty much anything would help.

    "Bikini body challenge" or something that goes with the outdoorsy/half naked theme is the first thing that comes to mind. The summer connection is implied, since hot weather implies less clothing and more fun in the sun!

      Peter is actually onto something in post #3 above, I think.

      We're so bombarded with ad messages today that it helps to be able to "slap" the prospect with your copy if possible-as long as you're not utterly tasteless with it.

      We see this in prime time tv spots now, and the superbowl is a prime example. Controversy tempered with decency can be very effective at grabbing the eyes of your audience. So in that vein, how about...

      "How To Lose (Up To) 200 UGLY Pounds Without Amputation OR Divorce...!"
