Did you know there's a growing trend to sue website owners because their site isn't friendly to disabled people?

Check it out.

You can help fix it and make money doing it.

Easy?

I would say it's an easy way to make a few easy bucks.

Won't post any links...but check it out

It will blow your mind once you google it.

Scary actually.

Do your part and make some money helping.

It's a problem that is growing bigger every day...

    So, just to follow up...

this is a real problem and it's growing.

It may not have been on your radar, but it's here and it's getting bigger and it doesn't matter what size company you are.

Those sites that offer you an overlay to solve the problem? There are companies falling for that and they're being sued.

I found this whole thing interesting and troubling.

Here's a lawyer that deals with this.

I have no affiliation to him but he explains it better than I can:

Was actually reading this week about something new to me...

      "Scent Marketing"

There's actually a whole industry built around scents and their effect on purchasing.

Companies actually sell equipment to have your business smell a certain way.

Whether or not web owners are getting sued, isn't it common sense and imperative to make website accessibility a priority?

LOL, what's next, sue too friendly sites?
Lets sue owners for posting web sites people couldn't help themselves to endlessly hours and hours at a time browsing some mind enhancing stuff .

I have an idea where to start... pornhub.

The focus of a lawsuit these days is not so much to 'right a wrong' as to collect a payout. Nothing new but seems to be even more prevalent than in the past.
