EDDM Printing Services on plain paper?

I am looking for an EDDM printing service that has an option to print on plain 8.5 x 11 paper. Looking to send a short typed note with an added line in a handwriting font with "Call us for a quote" or something like that and the phone number.

It is for a tree services client. The letter says something like our Tree Crew will be in your area doing other work and if you have any tree work you need done please call us for a quote". No envelope just folded over piece of plain uncoated paper.

I have received mailers like this but having trouble finding an EDDM printer that does that type of printing. The idea is to have it look as little like an ad as possible. Anyone know of one that does? Any tips for this? Thanks!

Here is the link to USPS list of printers you might check out: https://printerdirectory.usps.com/listing/#/

Also, better review. Most paper is too thin, they suggest a thickness of about 3 sheets of paper, and also I have never seen anything folded...best check with experts. We've always used postcards, I can't see what advantage you think plain paper might have...maybe a door hanger, or just rubber band and a little walk around at sites.

Locally, the big boyz are Davey Tree just did some work in the neighborhood and left a leaflet on the door of the homes with trees.

If I were doing it, I'd take a pic of the work in the area, print it and then deliver that by hand to a few dozen homes with eyeball potential.

Thank you for the information. I will check out that link. The client is currently paying another company to do it and they are mailing the flyers out with EDDM. No stamp or envelope just a sheet of paper folded over. Maybe the carrier folded it and it was flat when it was dropped off. Has the EDDM label printed on one side of the paper and the letter and phone number on the other side.

The idea is that it does not look like an ad. It looks like they had a crew in the area and sent someone around putting flyers in mailboxes. They have had great success with it but want a way to do it themselves for less.
