Are you Held Accountable?

Do you have the client open up accounts for GP, Yahoo, Bing etc...? Or get his personal info and use his name on his behalf? Do you get his permission "in writing" to act on his behalf in creating their business accounts? I've got 37 pieces of Direct Mail that i need to send to attorneys so I need to know the best way to do business. Thanks!

I have a form I use. They sign off giving me permission to create accounts and in the case of social media also to post for them and in their name.

It's a pretty basic one page form. I also have them sign a hosting and account access authorization form if they aren't hosting their sites with me.

That sounds good. If you get a chance this weekend, maybe you can post it here so i can peek it.

But if one got a contract online, then how can i get that kind of permission letter, does a scanned copy of the documents will be enough?
