I'd like examples of emails that caught your eyes

Hi everybody
Do you remember a marketing email that really interested you and that you opened because you found the title was well written.
Did you ever send an awesome email, and people responded to it in great number.
I would like an example of those. Between spammers, frauders, liars, how can your email stand up?

I have never bought anything from an email marketing piece. There are plenty of people that do, just not me. They're the same thing as junk mail I find in my mailbox. If I have a need for something, I do the research and go find it myself.

That is not what he was asking. Not everyone is going to buy from an email, just like many won't buy because of direct mail, billboards, cold calls, or any other forms of marketing. What does matter is the ones that are interested.

I have found that the best emails are quick and short. You want to generate interest to get them to a website, or to give you a call. I have not had much success with long form sales letter style email. It's much different than direct mailing. You only have a few lines to be able to grab their attention.

Also when emailing, you want to generate leads rather than try to sell them. If you can give them a freebie to call you, or give you their info to continue to market to, you will have a much higher percentage that shows some interest. This way you have your foot in the door.

In fact this post has been longer than most of the successful emails that I have used in the past.
