OFFLINE MARKETING

Does anyone know of a good place to buy classified ads (offline) cheaply that will reach a large audience within the US? I know if you were to do it for each paper - well- far too expensive for that. OOPS - the headline should read classified ads offline.

Hmm I have a client that does a mailer program and does pretty well with it. Unfortunately, I'm not sure what exactly he does or goes through. I know online, you have craigslist, usfreeads, ebayclassifieds, backpage and numerous others that are all free.
