How do I get this to work?

I'm guessing most people on here have heard of the Bower Formula, and it's pretty much what I am going to do, but one part of the formula is that you charge 1 dollar the first month then the recurring price the month later, I only have one problem with this, I have no idea how I would do that.


What processing system could I use? I don't think PayPal has an option for this. I'm also from the UK, so I don't know if American services would work for me.

    PayPal's subscription set-up will do exactly what you want.
    But I would advise you to make PayPal your LAST CHOICE.
    They have really done some crazy stuff where a physical
    product is not involved. Talk to your bank.

    Pretty much any payment processor around will let you do that.

    How are you planning on making the product available? You will want a script that can handle IPN messages for you, which any basic membership script will do for you.

    So the question you should be asking is what you will be using to set up your site with.
