New simple idea has become a franchise

I run into this business the other day, when some random guy started to make huge money by selling ads in bakery brown bags with local ads. He contacted people over and over and insisted in give to them for free the regular paper bag supply if they agree to use ads on it. The idea was so great that this guy now turned it into a franchise and he sells it over and over to every city he can put his eyes on.

I just thought this was a great idea to share here, since I really see the simplicity but great concept here in this opportunity.

    Selling ads on bags is not a new idea and I myself and I know Don Alm have both sold ad space on store bags before, we just didn't take it the next step and franchise the idea

    Yes, I totally agree with the post above... make the process as simple as possible and it will be more likely to succeed. That's what I go by every time I start a new venture... first make everything simple so anyone can just pick it up and plug in and become a part of it.
