Need some help / input on JV with offline business

Hi Warriors, considering doing a JV or partnership with an offline business. Unlike e-commerce where I can easily track sales, enquires etc, the service is being offered offline.
I will be doing everything online from, strategy, creation, SEO, PPC, SEM, etc, etc.
My concern is how to move forward in terms of reimbursement or structures as I would be missing the enquires that are made straight to the business owners mobile phone.
My only idea at this stage is creating an online booking request which captures all relevant information and then having a call back option, obviously without any mobile numbers on the website (I would need to check they are ok with this)
Any other ideas would be appreciated..

Couldn't you just assign them a tracking number like Google voice to keep them honest?

You should get paid per call. You can get a 1-800 number that will track how many calls have gone through. Then if you are getting $30/call and they get 40 calls in a given month, you made $1,200 that month. Unless you really trust the business enough to give a percentage of sales, the way I described is the way I normally go about doing things.

Don't forget an online contact form that you can track and charge per lead as well.

Look more into offline business lead generation models that others have done on the forum; lots of information here.
