Tracking Leads/Sales?

Let's say I set up a marketing campaign for a business, such as a plumber, in a local area.

How do you guys track the leads and/or sales you get for a company and a way that's trustworthy to both you and your client?

Or do you charge a flat monthly rate? If so, how do you determine the value of this service?

Also, if you set up an autoresponder campaign, do you create a new account for each client or do you handle all your email lists for clients from the same email account (such as Getresponse).

Back end scripts. PHP generally. You want all your scripts (squeeze pages)
to lead back to a central server. For De duping, sorting, qualifying, address checking.
    You get the idea.

Other scripts for the calls. We run custom software to track the in bounds
toc, hangups, disc - etc. So I cant really help you there. You helped me clarify a question
I had once. So If you have more questions, let them fly.

I have affiliates who do it both ways. Here are the pro's and cons of each

    One Account All Clients

    Pros
    • Lower cost for each client
    • Only one login to remember
    Cons
    1. If one client has issues with compliance it affects all your clients
    2. Potential for errors increased (mixing up Webforms/Newsletters/Autoresponders) between campaigns

    Separate Account For Each Client

    Pros
    • More affiliate commission
    • Higher security - Integrations via API will only impact one client
    • Each Client has a default from email address and default campaign
    • Scalable - Easy to add / close accounts when you gain/lose a client
    Cons
    • Need email address / password for each customer
