- For the past 3 years I had been operating a boutique video agency - mainly animation and some live video.

- I'd do all creative direction and work with freelancers/creatives to complete the projects.
- The company generated profits of almost $400k in 3 years time.
- Our portfolio includes working with all sorts of companies from cutting edge startups (AI) to large enterprises (Johnson Control, Citibank), Pharma, Biotech etc.
- Most of the projects were not recurring but occasionaly clients will come back.
- The past year due to some family issues (lost suddenly my dad) had to take some time off and I also accepted a full time job at a one of the biggest tech companies out there working on a product they will launch in 5 years (it was a dream job/offer that couldn't resist)
- For that reason I'ven't operated the company for the past year. My time is very limited. I only undertook 2 videos from one signle new client that they found us on their own ($70k profit)

I am looking for someone that possible already onws an existing agency and wants to enter the video section or someone that wants to start their own video agency to sell them our portofolio of videos and also brand/website. The porfolio took 3 years to build after tremendous work and honestly it's the greatest asset to convince new clients to get on board
