Don't have time to execute this plan for $200+/month

Simple concept that I developed but do not have the time to follow through. I expected to make at least $200 to $300/month or more.

Site is Press Release Connection

The idea was to have a custom WP template created for high AdSense conversion. That was not the only way the site was going to make money.

The press release site was going to accept free PR submissions. After PR was posted, an email would be sent to the submitter asking if they wanted to convert their web address from text to an active hyperlink. The charge would be just $9.95.

I realize that this site is all potential and it would be up to the new owner to make it work. You would be getting a great domain name for the PR business.

I would sell the site and domain for no less than $200. Domain is at GD and site is hosted at HG. I would push domain to a GD account and provide cpanel access to the hosting account. It would be up to you to transfer site. I'm sure that HG would transfer it to another HG account.

I don't think it does. Site should not have any problem gaining traffic and rank. I simply got the site up almost a year ago and have done nothing with it.
