Right now, price is set to $5 monthly,however, it can be changed easily in backend.In addition to monthly recurring revenue from your subscribers, you can earn revenue from affiliate registrations as well.Each domain is integrated with GoDaddy registrar( it can be changed to different registrar) so you can earn revenue. Each time somebody buys domain, you get a commission as well.

site is couple of month old. No member. I did not promote the site at all.I've created it to sell it.

2. Do you have a proven traffic/marketing plan to assist the buyer in making this site a success?

3. What Wordpress membership theme or plugin do you use (or WILL you be using if Wordpress integration has to be done)?
