I wish to sell my Classified ads website about New York City: www.yellowcablist.com

The site has already 1,800 active ads and more ads (10 to 20 on average) are posted every day.

Asking price is $390.

For the last 3 weeks, with no promotion at all (traffic all organic), the site received 1,109 visits, and had 4,410 pages viewed. I believe with some promotion you can easily kick the site off and start earning money. From the admin panel you can activate the following features:

1/Pay-per-ad system. You charge users to post ads on your website.
2/Adsense. Relevant Google ads are automatically displayed on the homepage and on every ad/listing pages, in one category, one subcategory or the whole site.
3/ Top ads. Users pay to post ads in a special section at the top of a category and subcategory pages.
4/ Homepage Gallery. Users pay to post ads in a special section at the top of the homepage.
5/ Banners. You can add banners to the homepage, and on every ad/list page.

1/ What is your revenue/month?
The site generated $102 last month (in Top Ads and Homepage Gallery ads).

2/ Do you have Add Ads feature on you site, if so, how much do you pay?
You mean Get Ads? No, we did not enabled this feature yet. If you want to enable this feature it costs $29 per month and you'll receive 300 ads per month.

3/ This Ads version is Hosted or Developer version ?
Developer version. You have access to 100% of the source code.

4/ Do you have any proof of visits, revenue...
Yes. I can send screenshots of Paypal / Analytics.

5/ Why are you selling this site ?
We'd like to start a new project. We need cash.
