Tons of PLR, rights to two PLR books which are currently for sale on Amazon. Licenses to software to facilitate creation of books and ebooks, and basic training so you can take over the business.

I'm currently taking offers. This is not an actively operating business (though I do sometimes get inquiries)...someone needs to take over and start promoting this. I was going to just let it expire, but I put so much work into developing the site and the business model, that just letting it go seems like a waste. It could really develop into quite the enterprise for the right person.
