Hey there, just wondering, why arent you selling it on Flippa also?

Have done a bit of checking as I am looking to get into this market however think I may start from scratch myself, instead of buying a ready made site.

Some of your keywords that you "rank" are somewhat different from what you claim. I do not think it has anything to do with the G dance as its an aged site.

Also, you say the traffic is organic in the AWstats screenshot but everyone knows that bots and spammers can take up unique visits and I do not know anyone that pays any creedance to that.

I have a site that I set up a year ago that gets 600 "uniques" per day however no adsense or sales generated.

Also, I would probably amend your sales copy as showing a link for an auction that ended in 2010 and also shows the seller as suspended probably isnt the best way to show theres money to be made in this niche.

Finally, most of the keywords you are ranking for in the first 2 pages for have less than 200 searches per month, most less than 100.

I wish you luck with it but you wont sell it here for over $200, regardless of what sales you may or may not have made. Your traffic is virtually non existent. Your keywords have useless search volume. And you only purchased this site 1 month ago and are now selling it up. Add it all up and people wont pay 4 figures for "potential"

the_icon, Thanks for your comments. You sound like a typical person I see on the Warrior Forum - A person that supposedly knows it all, and is "thinking to get into this market" but has not taken action. If the site is not for you, fine, but please keep your other false assumptions to yourself.

As you may know Flippa Fee's are quite high as they not only charge to list a site, they also charge a percentage of the sales price. Also, they do not allow direct communication with a potential buyer to work out a deal, which this forum allows.

As far as ranking and traffic is concerned, your assumptions are wrong. Anyone who has worked to get a site ranked knows how hard it can be to get page 1 and 2 listings. The screenshot is taken directly from SEM Rush last week.

As far as value, remember you are getting the domain, site and a product. To develop that takes quite a bit of time. Easily 40 or more hours. I earn $50 an hour so that would be a $2000 investment just to do from scratch without any guarantee you will rank for any keywords.

Good luck with your own site, obviously you must have more time on your hands than I do (or don't value your time much) as developing a product, building a site and getting it ranked takes a lot of time and effort.

Unfortunately a typical person on this forum is one that tries to scam other people out of their hard earned money. You see threads all over the forum that show people have been scammed. Most of the so called get rich quick threads are ok, but there are some who just fleece you because they can get away with it.

I am not getting into a war of words with you here.

I dont know it all. If I did then I wouldnt waste my time on this forum but I find it shameful that people can just come on here and scam people out of their money and get away with it.

Flippas fees may be high but compared to getting scammed like you could here, dont you think it is worth it for the transaction security aspect?

My ranking and traffic assumptions are wrong? How are they wrong exactly. Is my claim that AWstats "unique" visitors figure doesnt necessarily contain unique visitors? Yes it is hard to rank on the first 2 pages of G normally, but not for keywords that have so little search volume. I mean, one of your keywords has 88 searches per G kw tool per month. Thats just under 3 a day, and of those 3 how many are going to trickle down to the 2 nd page?

Re your value claim. The value of something is only what someone is willing to pay for it. So you can spout figures all over the place however if no ones pays what you want, they you wont sell it, simple as that.

Also, just out of curiosity you say to develop the product takes time, however you say you bought this site from someone a month ago. So which is it? Did you create it or purchase it?

Re read my post as well buddy. You put on certain claims re rankings, these dont hold true on some of them. You put up a AWstats screenshot. To prove traffic? Everyone knows that AWstats is useless as a traffic guide. And in your copy you put links to a couple of Flippa sales to show how lucrative the market is? And one of them is from a seller who is suspended and the auction goes back to 2010.

Finally, if you want to attack me personally with your sly digs then fire away however you will just come over as pathetic to your potential buyers. All I done was fire in some comments that potential buyers who buy sales talk from potential buyers without really doing their homework.
