This is the first time I've listed this site in it's current state.
I've listed it before and bought all the bells and whistles but there was little interest because my prices were all out of whack lol

I'm really new to domain flipping and my first few attempts were epic fails so I'm hoping to have better luck this time.
I'm trying to sell these domains because I have too much to focus on as it is with my main website.

Hey there,

A few tips for helping you sell.

People dont buy based on potential. There is no need for the detail at the bottom about each income source.The Adsense claim in particular about the reputation of the site is ludicrous. Its down to firstly how much the advertiser pays for the ad then G take off their share and it also takes into account relativity to the topic on screen.

You really need to put traffic stats up. I seen the Analytics from your 1st failed sale attempt on Flippa, however there are none on the current auction. You need to show something even if it is abysmal.

You need to know your audience and offer them something. From what I can see its just a site with links to religious books etc. Wheres the benefit to the visitor? Also, wheres the SEO benefit for the keywords you are targetting in the links for the books. No content. No rankings, its as simple as that.

People who buy website are mostly interested in 2 things. Proven revenue and proven traffic. If you have both then you will sell, easily. If you have one then you will likely still sell. If you have neither then it would take a pretty impulsive buyer to take it.

TBH its all about trial and error. No one makes it perfect first time.

What is your traffic like? What are you doing to get visitors to your site?

I didn't even have analytics installed on the site until right now :/

I haven't been doing anything with the site honestly, which is why I wanted to get rid of it, I don't have time to build it up, I have too many other sites I'm focused on right now.

I could make a few youtube videos to drive some traffic but I just don't have the time right now.
