[1ST PAGE GOOGLE!] 2 awesome websites for sale!

I am selling 2 first page Google websites. Both of them have premium themes (worth $85) and both sit on the first page of Google!

Why am I selling? That's what I do. I like to rank websites on the first page, then sell

Domain 1: deliverynyc.net
Global monthly searches: 60,500
Local monthly searches: 40,500
CPC: $3.86

So many possibilities with this one! Sell advertising to local businesses in NYC, have them pay you to be on your site....or be the next GrubHub! Why not??

Domain 2: plumberinventura.net
Global monthly searches: 1,900
Local monthly searches: 1,900
CPC: $20.80

Great plumber directory website! What plumber company wouldn't like to be on the first page of Google? You should have no problem convincing them that they need to appear on your website!

A little bit of adsense money. I just never cared about monetizing them properly. I have no doubt that someone with a great idea could really make decent income with them.
