What It Is[/B]
We have built a catalog of prefabricated promotional mobile applications which we brand and customize for clients.

For details, browse the GizmoPlay catalog to see what's available. You can check out the features of each application and, in some cases, view a demo or video of the app.

How It Makes Money
So far we have made $8500 in licensing apps and the sale of services (modifications to apps)
We have also invoiced another $15K in licensing and services (modifications/customizations) related to apps in the store and are in the process of closing that deal.

Revenue comes from the sales/licensing of apps in the store, and the sale of custom modifications to those apps. We have also added an Enterprise License where a buyer can license the entire catalog of apps under their own brand for a single price, but have not yet sold any of that license.

Why We are Selling
We are looking for a company/buyer who can jump in and take over sales and marketing for this business, with an emphasis on driving traffic to and generating sales from the store. We have many more apps that we can build and add to the store under the same business model, and would prefer to stay-on with a development/fulfillment agreement. We are great at building technology and brands, and would rather focus on what we do best... instead of getting wrapped-up in sales and marketing (which we don't do best)

We are willing to help the buyer in transferring the site to your own server.
Also, a handful of the apps in the store require some server-side scripts to be hosted on your server as well.
