what are the other 2 sites, are they also in the same niche? also, I dont know much about this niche, so how do we improve this site? I even have not heard about that artist. with so much traffic, why is the earnings so less. Have you tried other monetization options and building a list? are there any affiilate programs for this niche?

I'll PM you information on other two blogs for sale.

As far as improvement of the site, just updating with quality and relevant content. It can also be improved by diversifying content as well (i.e. adding News Section.) Plenty of potential for growth.

No other monetization methods have been tried & I'm unsure about affiliate programs.
