This site has so much room for improvement. I want to sell to fund other projects as I am getting out of the internet marketing scene...

The website has been ranked #1 on Google, and ranked #3 on Yahoo and Bing for the past 5 months, without any content updates! The site gets 200-300 unique visits each and every day, and has been like that for the past 5 or 6 months.

It averages $50-$80 month via Clickbank sales only. Add some adsense to the site and your profit will increase almost instantly. Show it a little love and I guarantee your income will at least double. This website has tons of potential, but it's just not for me.

I'm quite new to IM but am interested in possibly purchasing your site, assuming you haven't sold it as yet?
Can you advise whether this is something a 'newbie' could work on and develop? I do quite a lot of SEO for the business websites I build and contstantly get my clients ranking on page 1 of Google for most if not all their search terms - so I'm okay on that stuff . . just the IM I haven't done before.
Traffic and your conversion rates would be interesting info to have, as well as (obviously) any opther info you're prepared to supply at this point in time.

I forgot to renew hosting again, still ranked #1, traffic shot right back up, made 2 sales in a week.

This website is legit, it has a steady flow of traffic, it's making money, it's a unique niche and can dominate and at least double its income. First one to jump on this deal is getting one heck of a deal. No ifs and or buts about it.

I need money to fund other projects.

It'd be a big mistake to not get this. You'll literally make your money back in 2 1/2 months. The rest if pure, automated, 100% autopilot profit!
