I just can't understand the idea of getting a pre-made blog. Please explain how it works.

This package doesn't come with a domain name.

You may buy a domain from namecheap.com at around $10.

Once you have your domain name, we can install the blog for you if you need help.

Buy a domain + web hosting plan. Most budget hosts are less than $10/month to host unlimited domains. So, get one hosting plan to host all your niche sites.
