I have for sale a movie review website which is currently generating over $3000 a month. It has over 6000 visitors a day, the revenue is generated from banner ads and affiliate income. The site has been established since 2011 and has a strong brand following. The URL includes the main keyword required to generate organic hits. The site has been affected by Google Panda for a while, but these earnings are current. In fact, earnings have increased recently, due to increased quality content and SEO work.
The affiliate company is very good, pay twice a month and within 7 days. They have a long history with the site and are willing to transfer the account over. For the banner ads, the new owner would simply set up their own account with the relevant ad company.
I am selling because I want to fund a new purchase, simple as that. And being honest, I have managed to increase the revenue for the site and hope to make a profit, that's what I aim to do.
There is a lot of scope for the new owner to increase the revenue even more. I have a lot of ideas but short on time. I also know what is required to remove the penalty Google has imposed, but again time constraints. It is a Wordpress site, very simple and easy to update, simply get new movies from iMDB, send to your content writer (I can provide if required) and then upload yourself. Best thing about this niche is there will always be new material and there will always be young people wanting to watch movies online.
