I just can't understand the idea of getting a pre-made blog. Please explain how it works.

I am really interested in buying and getting started with the camping and hiking site however would you be able to assist with the following :

1) The fact that I live in South Africa would this make a difference in not knowing the camping situation in the USA

2) I am not computer literate would this be a big issue
