I just can't understand the idea of getting a pre-made blog. Please explain how it works.

We have customers get accepted into Adsense using our blogs. Remember to rewrite the content before submitting your site. Adsense only approve sites with unique content.

Again, I can't say for Adsense. They have the final say on accepting an application.
