Hi Josh,

The PBN setup is free hosting for the first year, and each site are on separate Class C IPs. None of the sites will share the same IP, and will be on their own nameservers.

Also, the re-bill for the sites is based on the number of sites you have hosted. It can range from $9.99/month and up to $99/month.
