Here is what you'll need:

1) Buy the blog here.

2) Decide on the domain name you want. Register your domain name at Namecheap.com (around $10).

3) Order a reliable web hosting plan. Most budget hosts are less than $10/month to host unlimited domains.

Once you have a domain name and hosting plan. Upload all blog content to your host and you're good.
