I just can't understand the idea of getting a pre-made blog. Please explain how it works.

I have bought a few sites from Verena over a period of time and now and again I change something and need her help to fix it. She's there in a flash to either fix it for me or to tell how to fix it, which is what I prefer so I actually learn something. After sales service has no time limit apparently. Wouldn't hesitate to buy her products.
