Why can't I create an adsense account for my blog?

When I type in my email address I get the response "locale header invalid" What is this and how do I correct it?

This is frustrating and costing me potential earnings.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi.

Are you trying to create your Adsense account via your blog? I saw a posting where someone tried to add Adsense via an Add A Gadget function and got your same header error.

Their solution was to create their Adsense account first and then add it to their blog later.
