Hello everybody, I have recently ordered for a wordpress blog update service at pipsitehelp.com. But I am not really happy with the service because of the following reasons: 1. Any wordpress widget added is not getting displayed in my blog 2. No plugins are getting displayed in my wordpress blog. 3. User cannot post comments on blog articles. I mailed to Darrin for his help, but he didn't respond. Can anyone help? Are you having the same problem with this particular service? Need help!!! Aviroop |

I have forwarded this to Darrin. Major Clue: You are using a junk email address that loses or blocks 50% of business mail - Did you try to add Darrin's email address to your Yahoo Address Book? Did you check your bulk mail/spam folder for his response? Be sure to do that so that if he responds AGAIN, you will get it. You might want to keep this in mind and get a good email address for your business - for example Google Mail at Gmail.com I hope you will be able to resolve your issues with no more inconvenience. Best Regards, Pat Folks, (Rant) I just really don't get it as whenever I run interference not only do our partners claim to have responded to emails but report several responses from the members to prove that they did in fact communicate. Then they come here and make a public statement that the merchant 'doesn't respond'... The same thing happens to me on the helpdesk - It must be that people are just so inundated with email spam and junk that they can't find the emails they need - that is even if they are not using a junk email address like hotmail or yahoo. I HATE EMAIL.

The Blog templates are now 100% Widget and Plugin Ready. This had been an issue in the past, but has been completely recitified now. Sorry for the delay. |

I think I am having the same problem. I could not get hooked up with 'freetrafficsystem' because when I go to my dashboard there is no 'user'tab to open to start the process. I have written to the helpdesk and am waiting on a reply. I will let you know.
