SFI

Hello guys.

I'd like to ask you (especially those of you with BTL status and above) what is your turnkey for growing your SFI business. I've been keeping my Bronze Team Leader status for a few months already and the thing is that I struggle a bit to get to the next level. The problem is that people come in to SFI and go away. Even if I manage to get some of my new affiliates to upgrade to EA, they downgrade back to free membership after month or a few.
No matter how much effort I put to support and guide my affiliates I can't persuade them to stay.

So in my opinion the best way is to keep sponsoring as many people as possible to your downline and work with the most active ones.

What was your path to success with this program?

Best Regards
Dan

Hi Dan,

You actually said it. Keep sponsoring....

Most of my leaders in SFI just keep sponsoring and what I try to do with the EA's is work with them individualy to get them to the the bronze level....

One on one mentoring is very important and shouldnt be overlooked...

Take care

Dan,

Remember you can lead a horse to water but you can not make it drink! Those you sponsor that want it will go after it. Here in the US. Typically 97 people out of 100 do not want it bad enough. This shows by the number of people who retire wealthy or broke, 97 out of 100 are broke.

Hey dan,

I find the best way to keep affiliates once they become an EA is to invest in building a relationship with them. I get to know my affiliates on a more personal level, even just e-mail them about day to day stuff and not just the business. I agree with Jeff that 1 on 1 mentoring is a must. I always sent all my affiliates every bit of training i can, even if i payed out my back pocket for it. Sometimes you get a winner when you find people like us, who are committed. I have an affiliate who has got 60 PSA's and 1 EA in a month! I was very pleased with him and he is always asking questions. When you find these people you must do everything in your power to help them because they are the winners in this business.

Cheers
Tom

Hi Tom,

Great point. When you see someone take action make a point of reaching out to this person to discuss SFI further and how you can help them get to the next level...

Their success is your success....

Take care
Jeff

Hi Dan,

The best advice I can give you is to keep those affiliate coming in. You can NOT succeed in SFI if you bring one or two new SFI affilaites per day. Your number one goal, and that is why Stone and other top producers are getting 20-50 new EA's per month, is to bring in between 10-50 new SFI affilaites on a consistent basis everyday.

How do you do that?

You need o MASSIVELY advertise.
